          is at your complete disposal. Other people who own sites have limited information, don’t respond to emails, aren’t completely informed and post information about

          Anoles to see themselves in print! These fore mentioned people do this as a hobby and eventually get bored and let their sites fall apart. We work very hard to      

          answer every question asked and post new information as it becomes available. That’s why we are the best at what we do.

 

Does MyBabyDragon cost money?

     

     When you signup you are given seven days to surf the site and read everything. After that time we ask for a nominal fee. For the cost of a magazine subscription

     you can continue your full access to MyBabyDragon.com.

 

Who owns MyBabyDragon.com?

 

           Mybabydragon.com is not owned or governed by any parties other then MyBabyDragon.com. MyBabyDragon.com works closely with organizations such as St. 

           George's Dragon Orphanage and welcomes all their customers to use our site as their ultimate source of information and contact. 
 

How can I check my membership status?

 

            You can check your membership at anytime by visiting your Member Profile.

 

I am a paid member. Is my subscription automatically renewed each period?

 

             Yes it is. If at any time you want to cancel automatic renewal of your subscription, follow the cancellation instructions given in this FAQ section.

 

My Anole is sick or has died what do I do?

 

            MyBabyDragon is committed to answering all questions when your Anole is sick. No subscription is required.  If your Anole is sick or passed away and you need

            help click on the Dragon Hospital, we will assist you in everyway possible.  This section is still available even when your membership has expired.

 

My membership has expired what do I do now?

 

            Login in visit the Member Profile and upgrade your membership.

 

How do I cancel my auto renewing subscription?

 

1)      Click on the following link: https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_subscr-find&alias=subscriptions@mybabydragon.com

2)      Login to your Pay Pal account

3)       On the line that has the Subscription Creation, click on where it says "Active"

4)       At the bottom of the page, there will be a button to "Cancel Subscription"

5)       On the next page, hit "Cancel Subscription" again to complete the cancellation

 

You've just canceled your Subscription.

 

CANCELING YOUR SUBSCRIPTION WILL NOT CANCEL THE EXISTING PERIOD YOU'VE ALREADY PAID FOR. It merely cancels future automatic renewals. If you have any problems with billing, feel free to send us an email.

 

I can't pay by credit card; can I send you a money order or a check?

 

           Yes, www.paypal.com, logon to Pay Pal create a prepaid account and then upgrade your membership on www.mybabydragraon.com

 

I was billed twice this month! What happened?
 

            If you were billed twice (you will know this if you were sent TWO DIFFERENT transaction ID numbers from pay pal), this means that at some point in time, you

            created a second auto renewing subscription without canceling the first.

 

But... you should go to Pay Pal and cancel both auto renewing subscriptions (see instructions above) so it doesn't auto renew next month. You can sign on again (just once! :)  after the 2 months are up.

 

I just upgraded for the first time to a Full access account, but my account says I'm still a basic member!

 

It may be that your transaction never went through. if you log in to pay pal, you should be able to see whether it did or not. If it did, you should have received a payment receipt from them via email, and should forward that to us at the address listed in that email.

 

If you don't see it there, then log back in to MyBabyDragon.com, click on membership info, click on upgrade, select the membership you want and hit the "pay" button, then when you get to the payment form, you should be able to log on with your pay pal account (you might need to hit a button where it says "Already have a Pay Pal account? login now" if it doesn't already recognize you)

 

I was supposedly auto renewed, but my account says I'm a basic member now... What gives?

     

      More than likely, this means your last payment attempt didn't go through. It is probably scheduled to try again soon (If you log in to Pay Pal and look at the subscription, you can see when. Do this by following steps 1 through 3 in the subscription cancellation instructions above).

 

Log in to Pay Pal and make sure your credit card info is correct (Profile->Credit Card) or that you have sufficient funds in the account, then wait for the next payment attempt.

 

If you can't wait, you can try canceling your existing subscription, and then re-signing up.
